How to reach RingUps

RingUps is bridal retail software built in Kelowna, British Columbia. Two addresses cover everything: hello@ringups.com for sales, press and partnership enquiries, and support@ringups.com for stores already running RingUps and for privacy or data requests. If you are still evaluating the product, book a demo rather than writing. It gets further than an email thread.

Support

Who answers a support email?

The people who built RingUps answer, including weekends — a Saturday in a bridal store is exactly when it matters.

What to include so we can help faster

  • 01Your store name. So the right account is open before anyone starts typing back.
  • 02What you were doing. The screen you were on, and the order or appointment number if there is one.
  • 03What you expected to happen. Half of the answer is usually in the gap between that and what did happen.

Questions

Questions about contacting RingUps

Who do I contact if I am still deciding whether to buy RingUps?

Book a demo rather than writing. It is fifteen minutes on your own data, with no contract on the call. If you would rather put a question in writing first, hello@ringups.com reaches the same two people.

Where do I send a privacy or data request about RingUps?

To support@ringups.com. That is the address named in the RingUps privacy policy, and it goes to the founders rather than to a queue. If an answer needs to be firmer than plain language allows, ask and it will be put in writing.

Is there a phone number, or is everything by email?

Every route on this page is email or a booked call. A written note carrying the store name and the order number gets to an answer faster than a voicemail, and it leaves a record both sides can read back.
