RingUps costs $99 a month. One price, every feature, no tiers

$99 a month, CAD in Canada or USD in the US - the whole subscription, not a starting price. Point of sale, appointments, inventory, special orders, alterations, payments, AI drafting, marketplace access, training and every report, all included. Unlimited staff logins, full export of your own data, no per-seat fees, no charge for keeping the payment processor you already use, and no higher tier holding back a feature you actually need. The price is published because you should not need a sales call to budget for software.

What is included in every plan?

These are in the plan, full stop. None of them is an upgrade, a module, or a line on a later invoice.

  • ·Unlimited staff logins. Every stylist, seamstress, bookkeeper and weekend hire. The invoice does not move when you hire.
  • ·Support, including weekends. The people who answer are the people who build RingUps. There is no premium support tier.
  • ·Every software update. New work lands on your plan. You do not buy the next version.
  • ·Full export of your own data, at any time. Brides, orders, payments, appointments, inventory and catalogue. 28 report pages and 30 export keys.
  • ·Reversible import. Every imported row is idempotent on its source reference and reversible by batch id, so a bad load is undone rather than argued about.
  • ·The email pipeline. Twelve customer templates and the suppression log that tells you, in plain English, why a given message was held.
  • ·Your own payment processor. Keep the card rate you negotiated. RingUps charges nothing for that choice.

What costs extra?

Four things, and this is the complete list. If something is not named here, it is not billed.

Running more than one store
Priced individually rather than a fixed per-store add-on - ask, and we bring your next location online with you personally. There is no self-serve way to add a second location yet.
White-glove migration, if you want us to do it
Quoted per store, depending on how much history is moving, and free for founding stores. You can also run the import yourself at no charge, and every import is reversible by batch. How migration works
AI drafting usage
The training-course and gown-attribute drafting features run on an Anthropic API key provisioned for your store. It is passed through at roughly $2 to $8 a month rather than sitting behind a premium tier.
Card processing fees
You pay those to your own processor, at the rate you already negotiated with it. RingUps takes no percentage of your sales and does not hold your payouts.

There is no setup fee, no per-user fee, no support fee, no charge for updates, no charge for exporting your data, and no module sold as a bolt-on on top of the plan you bought.

Total cost of ownership

What does BridalLive actually cost once the add-ons are on the invoice?

A base plan is not a bill. BridalLive is quoted from a base subscription, and the pieces most stores end up needing are priced separately on top of it: the client portal, reputation management, API access, a website. Add those and a single-location store is commonly at $500 to $600 a month or above. RingUps publishes one number and that number is the whole subscription.

Monthly cost for one bridal store. The BridalLive column shows what is charged for separately rather than a price per line. The only competitor figures we publish are the two we hold evidence for: a typical all-in monthly total of $500 to $600 and above for one location, and $295 per location per month for keeping your own payment processor.

Base subscription Charged $99
Client portal Charged separately No separate charge
Reputation management Charged separately No separate charge
API access Charged separately In build
Premium website Charged separately Not offered by RingUps
Keeping the payment processor you already use $295 per location
Charged monthly if you do not move to their processor within 90 days
No such charge
Per staff login Varies by plan Unlimited, no charge
Typical monthly total, one location $500 to $600 and above $99

The arithmetic, shown rather than averaged

At the low end of that range, $500 a month against RingUps at $99 is a difference of $401 a month, or $4,812 over a year. At the high end it is larger. We have not put an average saving on this page, because we have one store's invoices and not an industry's, and a number we cannot show you the working for is not evidence.

If your own quote differs from the figures above, bring it to the demo and we will use your number instead of ours.

The processing penalty is the one to check

$295 a month, per location, for declining to change payment processors, is the single largest line most owners do not see coming. Read your current agreement for it before you compare anything else.

Why does RingUps publish its price when the rest of the category will not?

Publishing the price is one of four commitments RingUps makes on its About page. A price that is only available on a call is a price that varies by how much the seller thinks you will pay. A boutique owner planning a season needs a figure she can put in a spreadsheet on a Tuesday night without booking anything.

The same instinct runs through the product. When RingUps migrated Cande Bridal Boutique off its old system, the reconciliation found 93 wrong-signed reversal lines worth $141,807.75 across 59 orders, roughly 78% of an apparent $384,659.89 receivable that was an artefact of how the old system recorded them. Cande was told not to chase it. 228 orders were skipped rather than fabricate a bride to attach them to.

228 orders skipped rather than invent a bride to attach them to.

The restraint is the proof point. A company that will not guess at your receivables is unlikely to be creative about your invoice. Read the migration case study
Founding stores

What are founding-store terms?

A limited number of stores get white-glove migration at no cost, their price held for three years, and direct phone access to both founders. What we ask in return is honest feedback about what is missing. That is how the deadline engine and the alterations workroom were shaped in the first place.

Where to go next

Questions about the price

Is there a contract?

No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel at any time. If you pay annually you pay for ten months instead of twelve, and that is the only commitment on offer. Founding stores hold their price for three years, which is a cap on what we can charge you rather than a term you are locked into.

What happens to my data if I leave RingUps?

You export it. Brides, orders, payments, appointments, inventory and your gown catalogue come out in full, at any time, without asking us first. RingUps keeps 28 report pages and 30 export keys open to every plan for exactly this reason. Software you can walk away from is software you can trust.

Do you charge per user?

No. Staff logins are unlimited on the plan. Add a Saturday stylist, a seamstress and a bookkeeper and the invoice does not move. Per-seat pricing charges a store for putting the right people in front of brides, so RingUps does not use it.

Do you charge for support?

No. Support is included at no extra cost, and the people who answer are the people who build RingUps, including on weekends. There is no premium support tier and no ticket allowance.

Is there a setup fee?

There is no setup fee. White-glove migration is quoted separately, depending on how much history is moving, and it is free for founding stores. You can also run the import yourself, and every import is reversible by batch.

What if I run more than one store?

Each additional store is priced individually rather than a fixed add-on fee - ask, and we bring your next location online with you personally. The product's multi-location groundwork exists in the schema, but there is no self-serve way to add a second location yet, so this stays a conversation rather than a checkout button today.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

No. RingUps takes no percentage of your revenue and charges no fee for keeping the payment processor you already use. BridalLive charges $295 a month per location if you do not move to its processor within 90 days. RingUps has no equivalent charge.

Is the price in Canadian or US dollars?

Whichever is yours. $99 a month, before tax, in Canadian dollars for Canadian stores or US dollars for US stores. RingUps is built in Kelowna, British Columbia by the owners of a working bridal store.
